Honeywell Miller® arc-rated products are designed to protect workers from falls caused by electric arc-flash and arc-blast exposure when working at heights or in confined space applications near energized electrical sources. The kit includes harnesses featuring Kevlar®/Nomex® Miller® DualTech™ webbing, which boasts a patent-pending 10,000 lb. tensile strength and is engineered with permanent fire retardant (FR) properties. The webbing combines the durability and FR properties of Kevlar® on the outer side with softer FR Nomex® on the inside for enhanced comfort, providing arc protection and durability that surpasses nylon webbing. The PivotLink™ design allows for unmatched freedom of motion and comfort, complemented by unique cam buckles for easy two-finger adjustment. Additional protection is provided by leather insulators under all metal hardware. The Kevlar® web loop on the back pad enables a "metal-less" connection when used with a Kevlar® shock-absorbing lanyard with a choke-off loop. This product complies with OSHA, ANSI, and CSA certifications. The D-ring material is steel, while the webbing material is polyester.
