The Honeywell Miller® H500 is designed with evidence-based, anatomically and ergonomically constructed pressure-relief breathable paddings that enhance comfort and freedom of movement. It features greater flexibility with specially formulated webbing that adjusts to body contours, reducing overhead muscular fatigue through a patented shoulder and back padding design. The waist pad is crafted for optimum lumbar support with ideal foam density, while the overall construction ensures improved breathability, keeping workers drier and cooler with a back and shoulder pad that is three times more breathable than alternatives. The kit includes a dedicated SRL web link for easy attachment of personal SRLs, user-friendly lanyard keepers for convenient lanyard storage, clearly identifiable fall impact indicators for inspection, optimized label protection with a Velcro®-label pouch, and a visible size label. It features an improved stitch pattern for inspection ease and options for quick-connect, mating, and tongue buckles, with available front D-ring, side-D rings, and aluminum front and back D-ring models. The product is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs.
