Honeywell Miller® arc-rated products are specifically designed to safeguard workers from falls due to electric arc-flash and arc-blast exposure, particularly in height-sensitive or confined space applications near energized electrical sources. These products incorporate Kevlar®/Nomex® Miller® DualTech™ webbing, featuring patent-pending 10,000 lb. tensile strength engineered with permanent fire retardant properties. The webbing combines the durability and fire resistance of Kevlar® on the exterior with the softer comfort of FR Nomex® on the interior, ensuring superior arc protection and enhanced durability compared to traditional nylon webbing. The PivotLink™ design provides exceptional freedom of motion and comfort, complemented by unique cam buckles for easy two-finger adjustments. Additionally, leather insulators are positioned beneath all metal hardware for added worker protection, while the Kevlar® web loop on the back pad facilitates a "metal-less" connection compatible with a Kevlar® shock-absorbing lanyard featuring a choke-off loop. The products meet certifications from OSHA, ANSI, and CSA, with steel D-rings and polyester webbing materials.
