The new Honeywell Miller® H500 harness integrates evidence-based features with anatomically and ergonomically designed pressure-relief breathable paddings to enhance comfort and freedom of movement. This harness offers greater freedom of movement through specially formulated webbing that accommodates body contours, while the new patented shoulder and back padding design minimizes overhead muscular fatigue. It includes a waist pad crafted with ideal foam density for optimum lumbar support, and is lighter than previous models. The breathable back and shoulder pad is three times more breathable than competing alternatives, ensuring workers remain drier and cooler. Additionally, the harness features a dedicated SRL web link for easy attachment of personal SRLs, user-friendly lanyard keepers for lanyard attachment when not in use, and clearly identifiable fall impact indicators for hassle-free inspection. The harness also provides optimized label protection with a Velcro®-label pouch, a visible size label, an improved stitch pattern for easy inspection, and is available with quick-connect, mating, and tongue buckles, as well as models with front D-rings, side D-rings, and aluminum front and back D-rings. It is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 420 lbs. The harness meets the certifications of OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10, with D-ring materials made of aluminum and steel, and webbing material composed of polyester.
