The Honeywell Miller® AirCore™ harness features lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum hardware, offering enhanced performance and comfort. This line of AirCore™ harnesses is up to 24% lighter than comparable harnesses, significantly reducing fatigue in demanding work environments. The harness incorporates patented Miller® DuraFlex® stretchable webbing, which enhances flexibility and comfort while minimizing heat and moisture entrapment, keeping workers cooler and drier with up to 16% less surface area than conventional padding. Its contoured design reduces contact around the neck, lower back, and inner thighs, alleviating chafing and irritation. Practical features include a cam buckle that allows for one-handed adjustment of shoulder straps, a quick-connect chest buckle with a dual tab release mechanism for effortless donning, and custom-designed pads for shoulders, lumbar, and legs. The harness also includes a durable, removable lumbar wear pad made from lightweight, non-marring materials to protect both the harness and the turbine wall. A uniquely designed removable belt with tool loops remains securely in position even when tools are attached. The oversized ID tag facilitates easy harness size identification, and a distinctive webbing design improves visibility and safety. The harness meets several certifications, including ANSI A10.32, ANSI Z359.11, CSA Z259.10A, OSHA 1910.66, and OSHA 1926.502. The D-ring is made of aluminum, while the webbing is composed of polyester.
