The North Butyl™ - B131 is a smooth finish unsupported 11" butyl glove with a thickness of 13 mil. This glove is crafted from a solvent-based butyl material that offers the highest permeation resistance to vapors and gases and exceptional resistance to a broad range of toxic chemicals, making it suitable for critical applications. It is highly resistant to ketones, including MEK, MIBK, and acetone, as well as esters such as tricresyl phosphate, amyl acetate, and ethyl acetate. The multi-dip manufacturing process used in its production results in multiple layers of polymer, enhancing the glove's quality. The product is designed for optimal storage in original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or chemicals, with a recommended temperature range of 50°F to 86°F (10°C to 30°C). Available sizes range from 7 to 11, with custom lengths between 24 in and 36 in (+/- 1 in) offered. The glove's soft flexible feel even at low temperatures reduces hand fatigue and enhances comfort for the user. It meets OSHA standard 29 CFR 1915.157 and 21 CFR 177, complying with USDA and FDA regulations for food contact.
