The North Butyl™ - B131 is a smooth finish unsupported 11" butyl glove with a thickness of 13 mil. This glove is constructed from solvent-based butyl material, offering the highest permeation resistance to vapors and gases, along with exceptional resistance to a wide range of toxic chemicals, making it ideal for critical applications. Key features include remarkable resistance to ketones such as MEK, MIBK, and acetone, as well as esters like tricresyl phosphate, amyl acetate, and ethyl acetate. The multi-dip manufacturing process creates multiple layers of polymer, providing superior quality. Recommended storage is in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or chemicals, with an ideal temperature range of 50°F to 86°F (10°C to 30°C). The glove is available in sizes 7 to 11 and offers the option for custom lengths between 24 inches and 36 inches (+/- 1 inch). It is particularly suited for applications involving highly toxic chemical hazards, including chemical weapons, and features a soft, flexible feel that reduces hand fatigue and enhances worker comfort. The product complies with OSHA standard 29 CFR 1915.157 and 21 CFR 177, adhering to USDA and FDA regulations for food contact.
