North Butyl Glovebox gloves feature the highest resistance to permeation by gases and vapors, providing exceptional resistance to a broad range of toxic chemicals, making them suitable for many critical applications. They are highly resistant to ketones such as MEK, MIBK, and acetone, as well as esters including tricresyl phosphate, amyl acetate, and ethyl acetate, along with ozone and oxidizing chemicals like alcohols, alkalis, hydrogen peroxide, and acids. Manufactured using a solvent-based, multi-dip process that creates multiple layers of polymer akin to a glove within a glove, these gloves deliver superior quality. They offer chemical permeation resistance measured in minutes and come in port sizes of 8 inches. Available sizes include 8H, 9Q, and 10H, with custom glove lengths between 24 inches and 36 inches (+/- 1 inch) also offered. The gloves maintain a soft, flexible feel even at low temperatures, reducing hand fatigue and enhancing worker comfort. They comply with OSHA standard 29 CFR 1915.157 and 21 CFR 177, meeting USDA and FDA regulations for food contact applications.
