The Twin-Matrix-6(L) matrix removal rewinder is designed for at-home label finishing, specifically for rewinding and matrix removal of full-bleed, die-cut color printed labels up to 6" wide, directly as they are printed. The kit includes two TC-C76-170 quick-locking core chucks and has a maximum media width of 6-1/2" (165mm) and a maximum roll diameter of 8-1/2" (216mm). It features a sensor arm that starts and stops the unit in conjunction with the printer, ensuring that the speed of the unit automatically matches that of the printer. Additionally, it allows for independent direction and speed control of each roll, which is switch-selectable, and offers variable speed control. The gearless motors can be set to wind in opposite directions simultaneously. The construction materials include powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum, and it comes with a full 5-year parts and labor limited warranty.
