The Twin-Matrix-8(L) matrix removal rewinder is designed as an at-home label finishing solution for rewinding and matrix removal of full-bleed, die-cut color printed labels up to 8" wide, directly as they are printed by your printer. This unit includes two TC-C76-220 quick-locking core-chucks and features a maximum media width of 8-1/2" (216mm) and a maximum roll diameter of 8-1/2" (216mm). The sensor arm facilitates the automatic start and stop of the unit in sync with the printer, while the speed of the unit adjusts to match that of the printer. It offers independent direction and speed control for each roll, which is switch-selectable, alongside variable speed control. The gearless motors can be configured to wind in opposite directions simultaneously. Additionally, the rewinder is constructed from powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum, and it comes with a full 5-year parts and labor limited warranty.
