The Twin-Matrix-10(L) matrix removal rewinder is an at-home label finishing solution designed for rewinding and matrix removal of full-bleed, die-cut color printed labels up to 10" wide, effectively working in sync with your printer. The kit includes two TC-C76-270 quick-locking core-chucks, allowing for a maximum media width of 10-1/2" (270mm) and accommodating a maximum roll diameter of 8-1/2" (216mm). A sensor arm is integrated to start and stop the unit in coordination with the printer, while the speed of the rewinder automatically matches that of the printer. It features independent direction and speed control for each roll, which is switch-selectable, alongside variable speed control. The unit is powered by gearless motors that can be configured to wind in opposite directions simultaneously. Constructed from durable powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum, the Twin-Matrix-10(L) comes with a full 5-year parts and labor limited warranty.
