The RRC-400-ACH with adjustable core-holders on both sides is designed as an off-line solution for counting large rolls of opaque labels, allowing users to verify the number of labels on a roll, divide large rolls into smaller rolls using the preset count/stop feature, and re-tension loose rolls. This bi-directional unit can operate left-to-right or right-to-left and features a preset stop that automatically halts the machine at a desired count. The "sync" mode enables the machine to maintain optimal speed and tension during the rewind and counting process, while manual mode offers complete operator control. Both motors can be directed to rotate in opposite directions or be forced to stall, providing maximum tension control. The specifications include a maximum roll diameter of 16 inches, a maximum media width of 6 inches (or 8 inches with RR-C76-220 core-chucks), and an adjustable core diameter of 3 inches standard or 1 to 4 inches adjustable with ACH-RR-400. The wind direction can be set to left-to-right or right-to-left, and both clockwise or counter-clockwise on either side.
