The RRC-400-U is designed for the efficient offline counting of large rolls of transparent and opaque labels, allowing users to verify the number of labels on a roll, divide large rolls into smaller ones using a preset count/stop feature, and re-tension loose rolls. This bi-directional machine can operate both left-to-right and right-to-left, with the ability to stop automatically at a desired preset count using the preset stop feature. The "sync" mode ensures optimal speed and tension during the rewind and counting process, while manual mode offers complete operator control. Motors can rotate in opposite directions and can be forced to stall for maximum tension control. The kit includes features such as a maximum roll diameter of 16 inches, a maximum media width of 6 inches (8 inches with RR-C76-220 core-chucks), a core diameter of 3 inches (with adjustable options of 1 inch or 4 inches using ACH, RR-400), variable speed control, and adjustable web-tension control. The machine is constructed from powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum and comes with a 3-year parts and labor limited warranty.
