Cat® 600 Pro porcelain and hard dense material turbo mesh blades are designed with a unique rim that enhances cooling by facilitating coolant flow into the cut, minimizing side friction and extending blade life while ensuring clean, accurate, chip-free, and rapid cutting of the hardest materials. The ultra-high quality diamond grit enables these blades to effectively cut dense materials such as outdoor porcelain, and they also perform exceptionally well with softer ceramic and natural stone tiles. These blades are compatible with handheld grinders, handheld circular saws, and tile saws. Key features include an ultra-thin kerf for fast, precise cuts, a fully hardened and heat-treated steel core, an armoured steel blank for improved tension and noise reduction, a unique segment design that reduces friction, a high-quality diamond grit and bonding formulation, and vented cooling holes for efficient heat dispersion. The blade dimensions are a diameter of 4-1/2", a segment height of 3/8", a segment width of 1/16", and a main arbor bore of 7/8". Additionally, reducing rings are included to accommodate sizes of 7/8", 20mm, and 5/8".
