CAT® 400 Pro segmented double laser welded universal hard materials blades are premium quality laser welded blades specifically designed for aggressive yet smooth cutting through ultra hard, hard, and general purpose materials, making them ideal for civil engineering and utility contractors. The blades feature a fully hardened and heat-treated steel core with vented cooling holes for rapid heat dispersion and are double laser welded to ensure safety and stability of the segments. Their unique turbo segment design enhances cutting action, while the turbo V design effectively clears abrasive fines from the cut, generating less friction. Additionally, the blades incorporate a unique bond formulation and high-quality high concentration diamond grit, alongside a 30 degree keyhole gullet design that aids in dust extraction from cuts. With an impressive diameter of 14", segment height of 3/8", and segment width of 1/8", these blades also include a main arbor bore of 1+P" and come with reducing rings for a 1 - 20" fit, ensuring very long life and speed of cut for various applications.
