The RRC-400-AU is equipped with an adjustable core-holder on one side, designed to provide an effective offline solution for counting large rolls of transparent and/or opaque labels. This machine allows users to verify the number of labels on a roll, divide large rolls into smaller ones using the preset count/stop feature, and re-tension loose rolls. It operates bi-directionally, running left-to-right or right-to-left, and features a preset stop option for automatic halting at a desired count. The machine includes a "sync" mode to automatically ensure optimal speed and tension throughout the rewind and counting process, alongside a manual mode for complete operator control. Both motors can rotate in opposite directions and can be forced to stall, providing maximum tension control. Key specifications include support for label types of transparent and opaque, a maximum roll diameter of 16 inches, a maximum media width of 6 inches (expandable to 8 inches with RR-C76-220 core-chucks), and a core diameter of 3 inches standard (with adjustable options of 1 inch or 4 inches using ACH, RR-400).
