The RRC-400-U-ACH with an adjustable core-holder on both sides offers a robust off-line solution for counting large rolls of transparent and/or opaque labels. This machine enables users to verify the number of labels on a roll, divide large rolls into smaller ones using the preset count/stop feature, and re-tension loose rolls. It operates bi-directionally, running either left-to-right or right-to-left, and includes a preset stop feature for automatic halting at a desired count. The "Sync" mode optimizes speed and tension throughout the rewind and counting processes, while manual mode provides complete operator control. Both motors can rotate in opposite directions and be forced to stall, enhancing tension control. Key features include handling labels of types transparent and opaque, accommodating a maximum roll diameter of 16 inches, a maximum media width of 6 inches standard (8 inches with RR-C76-220 core-chucks), and an adjustable core diameter of 3 inches standard (1 inch to 4 inches adjustable with ACH, RR-400). The unit allows for variable speed control, adjustable web-tension control, and supports both clockwise and counter-clockwise wind directions on both sides.
