This scale features a low-profile design with a sturdy 1.5 mm thick painted steel platform that withstands rigorous daily use. It includes an intuitive, user-friendly interface with a 4-digit, 7-segment LCD display featuring white backlighting, with digits measuring 1-1/8" / 28 mm high. The display hold mode allows for weight retention on larger packages until cleared. Power can be supplied via the included AC adapter or three AA batteries (not included) for portable use. The construction consists of an ABS indicator and a powder-coated steel platform and frame, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
