The Versamate-300-OS is the optimum desktop solution for automatically applying labels to flat items. It allows users to insert bags or envelopes and watch as labels are consistently applied in the same location every time. This label applicator accurately labels flat items such as pouches, bags, and envelopes at a speed of over 4-1/2" (114mm) per second, with most items labeled in less than 3 seconds, achieving speeds of up to 1,200 pieces per hour once a rhythm is established. The device supports a maximum label width of 11-1/2" (292mm) and a maximum item thickness of 0-3/16" (5mm), with a minimum label length of 1" (25mm) and a maximum label roll diameter of 9" (230mm). The kit includes the BMR-6 waste liner rewinder, and the materials used are powder-coated steel and anodized aluminum. It operates at 120 V and is designed for use with opaque labels only. The warranty includes a 3-year parts and labor limited warranty.
