The Pyramid Time Systems™ Model 3500SS multi-purpose time clock and document stamp is designed for busy small businesses, combining a punch clock and document stamp in one unit. It records employee time and attendance by tracking job costs while also stamping documents. This device can track employee start times, break times, lunch times, and finish times on a weekly time card, with the option to select from 14 pre-programmed message options for stamping invoices, attendance logs, legal paperwork, or other time-sensitive documents. The side-loading time card and document feed accommodate both left and right-hand orientations, featuring an alignment guide to assist in lining up punches. It prints the date and time in either AM/PM or military time format on employee time cards and has an internal battery backup that safeguards data and settings for up to 7 days without power. Additionally, it includes automatic resetting for short months, leap years, and daylight saving time. The unit can be wall-mounted or used on a desktop. The package includes the 3500SS time clock/document stamp, 25 time cards, one ink ribbon cartridge, and two security keys. The light gray/charcoal trim adds to its professional appearance.
