The T-550 is a 1/4 turn frostfree sillcock valve featuring a 3/4" MNPT/sweat combo with a 10" length. It includes an easy-to-grip 1/4-turn Softouch™ TPR coated metal handle and a patented dual disc cartridge for a durable and reliable shut-off. The valve has an oversized, 5° angled mounting flange that facilitates ease of installation and comes with an EPDM rubber gasket. Additionally, it features an integrated anti-siphon vacuum breaker with a chrome-plated brass cap and is certified as an ASSE 1019-type A device. The valve meets third-party certifications for ASSE 1019-A, fulfilling performance requirements for wall hydrants with backflow protection and freeze resistance. It complies with the following standards: ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 for general purpose pipe threads, ANSI/ASME B16.18 for cast pressure alloy solder-joint pressure fittings, ASTM F1807 for metal insert fittings utilizing a copper crimp ring or stainless steel clamps, ANSI/ASME B16.51 for copper and copper alloy press-connect pressure fittings, ANSI/ASME B1.20.7 for male garden hose outlets, and ASTM D2846 for chlorinated poly (vinyl chloride) (CPVC) plastic hot- and cold-water distribution systems.
