The 5" T-335SS ductile iron wafer butterfly valve is equipped with a stainless steel disc and a heavy-duty lockable ten-position lever handle, featuring an EPDM epoxy coated wafer body that facilitates easy positioning between flanges. Its extended neck design allows for clearance in most piping insulation applications, while the valve supports bi-directional flow. Each valve undergoes 100% factory testing to ensure reliability. Additionally, the valve incorporates a rigid, phenolic-backed seat for a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the necessity for companion flange gaskets. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, and special order disc options are available, including T-335SS and T-337SS models featuring a 316 stainless steel disc. The flange connection of the valve's body adheres to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. This product is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
