The American Standard 6063.051.002 Selectronic sensor flush valve is designed for urinals and offers a high-efficiency flush rate of 0.5 GPF, achieving a 50% reduction in water usage when paired with the Allbrook® or Washbrook® 0.5 GPF HEU. This flush valve features an exclusive pressure compensation system that delivers a consistent flush volume regardless of water pressure, and it cannot be adjusted to deliver varying amounts of water, ensuring both water savings and performance. It incorporates an Electronic flush valve equipped with the Selectronic® proximity system, facilitating hygienic "hands-free" operation. The self-cleaning piston helps to prevent clogging, thereby reducing maintenance needs, while the positive seal guarantees leak-free performance. The valve also includes a stadium flush feature, which delivers a short flush every 2 minutes during peak usage, and a fully mechanical manual override for operation during power failures. Its fail-safe operation ensures automatic closure upon loss of power or water pressure, and it features a sanitary flush that triggers after 24 hours of non-use to maintain trap seal integrity. The state-of-the-art electronics are immune to outside light, and a watertight design promotes reliable performance.
