The 2-1/2" T-365DI-G butterfly valve features a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy-coated lug body that allows precise positioning between flanges. The valve is designed with tapped lugs and a supported seat, enabling single-flange "dead-end" service. Its extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications and permits bi-directional flow. Each unit is 100% factory tested, equipped with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and the valve comes with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. It has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, and the flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in conformance with MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, EN 593 standards and is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
