The 3" T-365DI-G Butterfly Valve is designed with a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, featuring an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. The valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, enabling single-flange "dead-end" service. Its extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications, while the bi-directional flow capability and 100% factory testing ensure reliability. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Additionally, it is equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, and the flange connection complies with ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in conformance with standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, and is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
