The kit comes with an EPDM rubber gasket and an integrated anti-siphon vacuum breaker with a chrome-plated brass cap, serving as an ASSE 1019-type A device. This product is third-party certified and meets several certifications/listings including NSF/ANSI 61 for drinking water system components - health effects, and ASSE 1019-A for performance requirements for wall hydrant with backflow protection and freeze resistance.
