The 1/2" R-673NL No Lead C x C Brass Sillcock Ball Valve features a lead-free design that is compliant with all no-lead potable water installations and adheres to lead-free plumbing laws. It offers a quarter-turn, bubble-tight positive shutoff and is constructed from forged brass, which eliminates casting-related leaks, making it more durable than traditional stop-type valves. Its compact design is ideal for CO, and it exhibits superior flow characteristics. The valve is compatible with all 3/4" GHT (garden hose) outlets and accepts hose-thread-mounted vacuum breakers, including models T-553NL, T-553CNL, T-554, T-555, T-556, T-557, and T-557C. It is available in nominal 1/2" and 3/4" MNPT inlet x 3/4" MGHT outlet sizes. Third-party testing certifies compliance with U.S. Federal Public Law 111-380 (National Lead-Free Plumbing Law) and it is NSF certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61-G, meeting NSF 372 lead content requirements. The valve is also CSA certified for Canadian plumbing applications, and its end connections comply with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 (FNPT), ANSI/ASME B16.18 (CTS), and ASME B1.20.7 (male garden hose). Additionally, it is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility with a working pressure of 200 PSI for cold working pressure (CWP) and is not suitable for saturated steam (WSP).
