The 1/2" T-541LS No Lead Brass Sillcock Valve is designed with a full-pattern body, stem, and handwheel construction. It employs an electric-induction furnace casting process that optimizes molten brass temperatures, resulting in superior cast body and bonnet components. This valve is approved for potable water applications and features a stem packing and packing nut design that offers enhanced reliability over packless-bonnet stem seal designs. It includes three 3/4" GHT (garden hose) outlets that accept 3/4" hose-thread-mounted vacuum breakers, compatible with models T-553, T-553C, T-554, T-555, and T-556. The valve is available with female NPT threaded, copper tubing sweat, or PEX barb inlet end connections. The T-541LS and S-541LS models feature a removable handwheel and an extended lock-shield packing nut for tamper-resistant applications. It is certified by Truesdail Labs to meet ANSI / NSF standards 61-9, and the end connections comply with ANSI / ASME B1.20.1 (FNPT), ASME B16.18 (CTS), and ASTM F1807 (PEX). Manufactured in an ISO accredited facility, the valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 125 PSI and is unsuitable for saturated steam service. The size specifications are 1/2" FNPT x 3/4" MGHT lockshield.
