The 2" T-367AB-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that facilitates precise positioning between flanges, while tapped lugs and a supported seat allow for single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications, and the valve supports bi-directional flow. Each unit is 100% factory tested to ensure quality. It includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that provides a positive, bubble-tight shutoff and a raised seat face that eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 psi, an aluminum bronze disc, and a Buna seal, and it is gear operated. It is compatible with media types other than steam up to 180° F at 200 psi or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. Additionally, the valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
