The 4" T-367SS ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, permitting single-flange, "dead-end" service, while the extended neck design accommodates most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested, ensuring reliability. It is equipped with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and a raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle enhances operational control. Key attributes include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, a Buna seal, and a 316 stainless steel disc. The flange connection features conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions, and the valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility, conforming to standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
