The 3" T-337AB-G ductile iron wafer butterfly valve features an aluminum bronze disc, is gear operated, and has a Buna epoxy coated wafer body that allows for easy positioning between flanges. Its extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications and it supports bi-directional flow. The valve is 100% factory tested and includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, and it can operate at maximum service temperatures with pressures compatible with media types, excluding steam, up to 180°F at 200 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and adheres to standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
