The 3" T-367AB ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges, with tapped lugs and a supported seat enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. Its extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications, supporting bi-directional flow. The valve is 100% factory tested, equipped with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while a raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle enhances usability. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, an aluminum bronze disc, and a Buna seal, making it compatible with various media types other than steam, up to 180°F at 200 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve’s body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions.
