The 12" T-365AB ductile iron lug type butterfly valve is designed with an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats. Its epoxy coated lug body allows for precise positioning between flanges, while the tapped lugs and supported seat enable single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck facilitates compatibility with most piping insulation applications, and the valve provides bi-directional flow. Each unit is 100% factory tested, and the rigid, phenolic-backed seat ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and the valve is equipped with a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle. The cold working pressure (CWP) is 200 PSI, and the working steam pressure (WSP) is 125 PSI, suitable for steam applications up to 250° F at 125 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body comply with ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions and it is manufactured in conformance to MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593 standards, in an ISO accredited facility.
