The 12" T-367DI ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges, with tapped lugs and a supported seat making it suitable for single-flange, "dead-end" service. It has an extended neck to accommodate most piping insulation applications and supports bi-directional flow. The valve is 100% factory tested, equipped with a rigid phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. A heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle enhances usability. The valve operates under cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI and includes a ductile iron disc with a Buna seal. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. It is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
