The 10" T-367AB-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat that permit single-flange, "dead-end" service, while the extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications. The valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested. It is equipped with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and its raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The key features include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, an aluminum bronze disc, and a Buna seal gear-operated mechanism compatible with media types other than steam up to 180°F at 200 PSI or less. The flange connection of the valve's body conforms to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions and is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility, adhering to standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
