The 4" T-365AB ductile iron lug type butterfly valve is designed for efficient fluid control and features an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats. Its epoxy-coated lug body allows for precise positioning between flanges, while tapped lugs and a supported seat permit single-flange "dead-end" service. The extended neck facilitates compatibility with most piping insulation applications, and the valve supports bi-directional flow. Each unit is 100% factory tested and incorporates a rigid, phenolic-backed seat for positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and it is equipped with a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle. The cold working pressure (CWP) rating is 200 psi, and the working steam pressure (WSP) is 125 psi, making it compatible with steam up to 250°F at 125 psi or less. The flange connection features conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions, and the valve is manufactured in conformance with standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, in an ISO accredited facility.
