The 4" T-365DI-G Butterfly Valve is constructed with a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats. It features an epoxy coated lug body that allows precise positioning between flanges, along with tapped lugs and a supported seat that enable single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications, and it accommodates bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested, with a rigid phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff. A raised seat face eliminates the requirement for companion flange gaskets. The valve comes equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. It has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, and the flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. The valve is manufactured in accordance with standards MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, EN 593 and is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
