The 5" T-365DI-G Butterfly Valve features a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. This valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat permitting single-flange, "dead-end" service, along with an extended neck designed to clear most piping insulation applications. It facilitates bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested to ensure performance. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat allows for positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve comes equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. It has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, and the flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. This product is manufactured in conformance with standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, in an ISO accredited facility.
