The 12" T-367AB-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve is designed with an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. The valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, making it suitable for single-flange, "dead-end" service. An extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications, and it is capable of bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested to ensure reliability. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat provides a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key features include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 psi, an aluminum bronze disc, a Buna seal, and gear operation. This valve is compatible with various media types other than steam, operating at temperatures up to 180°F and pressures of 200 psi or less. The flange connection conforms to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions, and the valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility in compliance with standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
