The 12" T-337DI-G ductile iron wafer type butterfly valve features Buna seats, a ductile iron disc, and a gear-operated epoxy-coated wafer body that facilitates easy positioning between flanges. The extended neck design accommodates most piping insulation applications, while the valve allows for bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested. It includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, special order disc options of T-335DI and T-337DI, which utilize a ductile iron disc, and flange connection dimensions that conform to ANSI Class 125/150. Additionally, this valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with industry standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
