The 12" T-367DI-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that ensures precise positioning between flanges, making it ideal for various applications. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat that allow for single-flange, "dead-end" service, while the extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested. Its design incorporates a rigid, phenolic-backed seat for positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) rating of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, and a Buna seal. It is gear operated with a flange connection, and its body dimensions conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange standards. The valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
