The 2-1/2" T-367DI-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges, along with tapped lugs and a supported seat enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. It has an extended neck designed to clear most piping insulation applications and allows for bi-directional flow. Each valve undergoes 100% factory testing to ensure quality. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat provides a positive, bubble-tight shutoff while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 psi, a ductile iron disc, a Buna seal, and gear operation. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. It is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
