The 12" T-367AB ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications, while accommodating bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested to ensure reliability. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. A heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle is included for ease of operation. The valve's cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, with an aluminum bronze disc and Buna seal. It is compatible with media types other than steam up to 180°F at 200 PSI or less. The flange connection features conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. The valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
