The 2" T-365AB-G ductile iron lug type butterfly valve features an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. The valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat permitting single-flange, "dead-end" service. Its extended neck clears most piping insulation applications, while allowing for bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested, and the rigid, phenolic-backed seat ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and the valve is equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, with a working steam pressure (WSP) of 125 PSI, and it is compatible with steam up to 250° F at 125 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in conformance with the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, and is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
