The 2-1/2" T-367AB-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges, with tapped lugs and a supported seat enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. Its extended neck is designed to accommodate most piping insulation applications, and it supports bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested to ensure reliability, while a rigid, phenolic-backed seat provides a positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face negates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key features include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, an aluminum bronze disc, a Buna seal, and gear operation. It is compatible with various media types other than steam at temperatures up to 180° F and 200 PSI or less. The flange connection of the valve body adheres to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions and is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility in compliance with MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593 standards.
