The 12" T-365AB-G ductile iron lug type butterfly valve features an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. The valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat that permit single-flange "dead-end" service, and its extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested, featuring a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and it comes equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 psi, while the working steam pressure (WSP) is 125 psi, making it compatible with steam temperatures up to 250°F at 125 psi or less. The flange connection features conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions, and the valve is manufactured in compliance with MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593 standards, all produced in an ISO accredited facility.
