HyperPure® bi-modal PE-RT tube is manufactured using HyperTherm® 2399 NT bimodal PE-RT (polyethylene raised temperature) by The Dow Chemical Company. It is BPA free and has a minimum bend radius equal to 6 times the tubing's outside diameter. The tube boasts a 100-year limited warranty and is rated for pressures of 200 PSI at 73°F and 100 PSI at 180°F. Its linear expansion rate is 1.1 inches per 10°F per 100 feet, and it is 100% recyclable with a weight of 17.3 lbs. The capacity is 3.04 gallons per 100 feet, and the dimensions are 1 inch I.D. x 100 feet coil. HyperPure tubing is 3rd party certified (ICC-ES report PMG-1363) to various standards, including ANSI/NSF 14 and 61, ASTM 2769, and compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC) for multiple years. Additionally, it meets CSA B137.18 requirements and ASTM fitting standards such as F1807, F2080, F2098, and others.
