HyperPure® bi-modal PE-RT tube is manufactured using HyperTherm® 2399 NT bimodal PE-RT (polyethylene raised temperature) by The Dow Chemical Company. This tube is BPA free and has a minimum bend radius equal to 6x the tubing outside diameter and comes with a 100-year limited warranty. It is rated for pressure and temperature at 200 PSI @ 73°F and 100 PSI @ 180°F, with a linear expansion rate of 1.1 inches per 10°F per 100 feet. The tube is 100% recyclable, weighs 4.2 lbs, and has a capacity of 0.5 gallons per 100 feet, with dimensions of 3/8 inches I.D. x 100 feet L coil. HyperPure tubing is 3rd party certified (ICC-ES report PMG-1363) to various standards including ANSI/NSF 14, ANSI/NSF 61, ASTM 2769, CL-5, ASTM E84, CAN/ULC S102.2, and complies with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC) for multiple years. It also meets CSA B137.18 requirements for PE-RT made in SDR-9 and adheres to ASTM fitting standards F1807, F2080, F2098, F2159, F1960, F3347, and F3348, as well as ASSE 1061.
