HyperPure® bi-modal PE-RT tube is manufactured using HyperTherm® 2399 NT bimodal PE-RT (polyethylene raised temperature) by The Dow Chemical Company. This product is BPA free and has a minimum bend radius equal to 6 times the tubing outside diameter. It comes with a 100-year limited warranty and is rated for a pressure and temperature of 200 PSI at 73°F and 100 PSI at 180°F. The linear expansion rate is 1.1 inches per 10°F per 100 feet, and it is 100% recyclable, weighing 52.5 lbs. The capacity is 1.82 gallons per 100 feet, with dimensions of 3/4 inch inner diameter x 500 feet coil. HyperPure tubing is third-party certified (ICC-ES report PMG-1363) to various standards and codes, including ANSI/NSF 14, ANSI/NSF 61, ASTM 2769, CL-5, ASTM E84, CAN/ULC S102.2, and complies with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC) for multiple years. Additionally, it meets CSA B137.18 and several ASTM fitting standards.
