This concentrated multipurpose germicidal detergent and deodorant disinfects, cleans, and deodorizes in one labor-saving step, making it suitable for use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, and various commercial and industrial institutions. The neutral pH formula is designed for damp mopping highly polished floors without dulling, hazing, or leaving a film. The recommended dilution is 1:64 (660 ppm quaternary ammonium compounds), requiring 2 ounces per gallon of water. To disinfect, clean, or deodorize, remove heavy soil deposits, then thoroughly wet the surface with the prepared solution, which can be applied using a cloth, mop, sponge, or coarse spray. For sprayer applications, maintain a distance of 6-8 inches from the surface. Allow the solution to remain on the surface for a minimum of 10 minutes. Rinsing is not necessary unless floors are to be waxed or polished, though food contact surfaces must be rinsed with potable water after use. The product is not suitable for cleaning utensils, glassware, and dishes. For human coronavirus, surfaces must remain wet for 1 minute, while for influenza virus type A, a contact time of 2 minutes is required. Additionally, the product provides fungicidal and mildewstatic properties, effectively controlling the growth of mold and mildew and eliminating associated odors when applied to surfaces.
